I have created a scheduled recording and chose locked instead of unlocked (just to see what it does). But when I try to delete or change the recording it asks for a pin, which is not 9949. Where do I find this pin and can I change it?

The LOCK feature uses the PG pin. If you haven't set it, the default is 1234.

thanks, but we inserted the wrong pin three times and now it says we need to contact MultiChoice. Isn't there a way to unlock it?
