Default Dish and change of ownership

We have two subscriptions - a PVR and singleview.
Q1 - we only received one Dish this month - why?
Q2 - I pay the PVR and hubby the singleview but both is on his name. Can I transfer the PVR to my name and how do I do that?

Hi Tanya,

If there are multiple devices loaded on one account, one magazine would be delivered to the physical address (you may have missed earlier magazine posts where customers were asking us to go green and stop destroying the environment, hence the implementation of the rule).

You can do a transfer of ownership of the PVR to your name by calling the MultiChoice Call Centre, and you will then receive your own magazine.
