Yes why? Widescreen, surround sound and full PVR functionality are what we all want! Xtraview /smek-tra-view...

Not everyone has the same sentiments as you, some of us live in households with 2 families and bought the product on the promise of extra view. Are we to now sit with an extra decoder as a paper weight waiting for MC to sort out Widescreen and surround sound? To me xtraview is more important at the moment once that is activated then MC can look at the other issues, keep you promises first then worry about the other issues later.

Thanks MTbiker...So me purchasing a SD-PVR two years ago should not request that I get my share of the deal?

Sorry, MC owes me for the missed functionality.

We are all in the same boat regarding functionality, Currently you have dual view on your sdpvr where some of us who bought the hdpvr-1110 have no options at all except paying for 2 contracts IMO xtraview is more important, but what we think and say is not always the same as MC priorities

Don't go at each other. All of the problems needs priority at MC. No use in actually trying to find out who's problem is the most important.
576p, XTRAView, SD SC upgrade. They are all valid and are influencing the subscribers experience and the image of MC.(Hoping that they do take these problems as very important)

Pierneef, I don't argue with two or more watching environments, but Xtraview itself is just there for one decoder to 'see' the other one. For that I'm in no rush.
