Please advise where the DSTV mobile number is
The options below waste 20 minutes( each for 4 calls , ie 80 minutes before reaching the mobile call centre) before one is TRANSFERRED to DSTV mobile. Ive had 4 scrambled image problems on the drifta. There is no error code and I cant see where to run the online self service option. Consultants on the help line say there is a self service , say there is an error code and say there is a number. Can you please advise where rather than apologizing, provide solutions. Ive even been told theres a smart card in the mobile devices. Are these people trained or is it at customer cost once signed up.
Please elevate to fix the inefficiencies that are costing your clients. Who foots the bill for 80 minutes of talk time?
My account is overpaid so that cant be the problem.

It gets better, the call centre agent says all calls are recorded....she couldn't understand that someone needs to be told of the problem for the call to be referred and the problem fixed. No wonder nothing works. She didn't understand that she needed to tell someone theres an error. How is anything to be fixed?
