Hi

I've been looking all over the http://ondemand.dstv.com site but cannot find a download button for the Desktop Player.

My PC is ready according to the site - but no download button !

I have a Premium subscription and my smartcard is linked.

I don't know what else to try?

Had same issue a few weeks ago - you have to wait some time for the download button to load.

Hi lexor,

What browser are you using? And can I assume that you're on PC and not MAC (You said PC, but I just need to make sure)?

It sounds like this might be a SilverLight issue.

Can you try something for me: please right click on the area below the test that says "Get the Desktop Player" - i.e. where the button would be - and see if an option pops up to install the player.

Let me know if this works.

Thanks for the reply.
Yes I,m using a pc.
I've tried the following Browers(all lates versions): Firefox,Chrome and Explorer without success.
I have Silverlight installed as well.
I will try your suggestion tonight once I,m home and report back,thanks.
