Angry Duplicating of Broadcasting

When SS added SS11 and 12 I thought it was because they packed in terms of live sports to show. Now I'm surprised in tomorrow's UEFA Champions League there's a match between Olympiacos vs Sporting Lisbon which will never be shown live while Bayern Munich vs Anderlecht will be shown on SS8 and 12. On Wednesday is the same thing, Maribor vs Spartak Moscow will not b shown totally while Leipzig vs Monaco will b live on SS8 and 12. When will the duplicating of broadcasting will end?

In your promotions of the new line-up of channels you said less repeat and more action but I see a lot of duplication or even triplication sometimes. The person who do the scheduling must start applying more logic in this.

I think some of it is about the different packages and what channels their users are familiar with.

There's been some efforts to share a bit of SS12 among the various packages when appropriate by turning on and off some package access accordingly, but that seems to cause * confusion... so @SS are you now maybe rethinking the idea?

I often wonder about the simultaneous scheduling on multiple channels as well. Unless the plan is to make SS12 available to Compact subscribers for these games there is no point is showing them on SS12 since SS8 is available to Premium as well as Compact+.

Yep, but not in question here...
Perhaps you missed the announcement that S.A.'s 2nd tier package is also called "Compact Plus" these days, no longer called "Extra".

It is highly likely that the game won't be broadcast on the ROA SS8 as that channel trends to resemble our SS2. As such, their only way to view the game is SS12

Ok, understood now... not going to be about that though, I know for certain that all ROA SS channels are separate to ours now except for SS Maximo 1, even their SS Blitz is now different. Probably largely for advertising reasons.

The duplication is in order for subscribers in the lower bouquets to access the Champions League. As a pop-up and overflow channel, SS12 will from time-to-time be open to other bouquets to access content relevant to them.

Thank you for the reply. Should there not then be some announcement as to when or for what the channel will be open - and to which packages? The 1st game mentioned is tomorrow? Or how does the relevant people get notified or made aware?

This is my point as well.

Okay, the channel is available on different packages for different events but no one seems to know exactly where to draw the line and thus can't plan viewing.
