Default tv link

I have two saeperate decoders in my lounge, one is for bedroom, cabling to bedroom. there is a "link" on the cable going into the bedrooms tv, so the remote works in the bedroom. two days ago the bedroom remote stopped working and the little red light in the link attached to the cable went off? Now I have to change the channel with
the bedroooms remnote in the lounge? the "link" not working??

Just going to get you started.
In your case it doesn't sound like you have a SD PVR decoder so then not likely to be an ageing circuitry issue.

With that out of the way - most likely that either the TV Link setting in that decoder's menu has accidentally been turned off / reset, or the TV Link Eye itself has developed a fault.

After checking the setting (and then maybe trying a reboot 15 minutes later), if still no good try moving the Eye to directly behind the decoder and see if it works there.
