I questioned MC about the Expiry Date issue in DECEMBER last year. I also noticed that some titles had expiry dates of October and November. I enquired as to how long titles are generally available for as that seemed rather long to me (almost a year). But the answer they gave only concerned rights etc. Basically I wanted them to do a review of the Expiry Dates as some seemed really odd to me. They never understood that. This might be related.

For clarification on the above post either the title would expire in a year or it had already passed it's Expiry Date. There's no way to know as there's no year included in the Expiry Date.

Why did the Explora allow you to download this title if it had already passed it's Expiry Date? Or are the Expiry Dates different i.e. the one on the title itself and the one attached to the download?

To my knowledge the loft was not available in June....

Guys are confusing MM/DD and DD/MM. I see this with SAP implementations and our SRS system.

If you have a date 12/10/11 on a system then that in my mind is criminal. Any system in SA that uses MM/DD/YYYY is asking for trouble.

Broken record time. Just so this thread stays on top!

All my CU+ downloads including history have disappeared. Sound familiar?

So much for The Loft staying until next year

Only 17 days left in September and I do hope the next update sorts this EXTREMELY frustrating issue out.

Hi chrisvdh

Sorry for the frustration.

The next build will do so.
