Seems to be working now. Are the Moderators on strike? They're not very responsive currently.

I talked to one of the agents earlier today and also send an e-mail to top management. Now it started working. Strange, they as usaul pointed fingers but nothing has changed on our side but it started working.

One answer from me to the agent was if they have testedcfrom their side, but he could not answer me.

So sorry for the delayed response.

Are you still having the same issue with remote recording? If so, kindly confirm the error and device used. Also include the current App version to assist.

Sadly after chatting to the online guys, besides being given the run around, cut short and no support, they say its a problem and being worked on - nice concept - maybe we should just stop paying for the service until it starts to work? Give an eta please - we are the customer you know!
