Angry DSTV Now - Removing Devices

Hi, when you remove a device from the DSTV Now app the person who you removed can add themselves again? in this case my ex... I changed passwords e-mail addresses etc. but until she logs off she can continue using my service.. how can we stop this... numerous calls live chats etc and it still a problem

Please help

Welcome Gregory, I suggest sending a PM (Private Message) to MC Solomon by clicking here
He's good at finding ways around problems like this.

Give him all this info, plus specific device detail, and customer & your contact numbers.
