Ive received two calls so far from my friends who have dsd 990 saying, while they were watching a message popped up in their decoders saying Reboot, and Channel 100 is playing yet its still shows E45 on all the other channels...

seems the problem is escalating to the number of users, this started like an hour ago???

Some people are still having problems. We'll just have to wait it out.

Jip. Also got E45 here. It came back for a few seconds earlier, and then died again. Reboot doesn't help.

Edit: As I made my post, it came back again. Let's hope it's back for good.

Here is a response from us in this regard:

MultiChoice added a new transponder to its DStv platform this morning to accommodate future services. This process was intended to happen seamlessly without any customer interference. Unfortunately some of the decoders didnít automatically acquire the new transponder. We have since addressed the issue and our customers should be able to continue enjoying their viewing. Our sincerest apologies.
