Default No catchup service E102-29

Good day,
Am failing to access dstv catchup service on my decoder number P600951486 and Smart Card number 1039089772.I tried to call customer service but I can't get through.

I don't know if anyone is around to help today, you could try posting again in the Customer Service forum section.
Otherwise you'll just have to keep holding on with the Call Centre. Maybe more busy due to many people being home today.
