I have send numerous PM's to MC Solomon.
I have also send numerous Tweet's or DM's to @DSTVCare.
Frankly, this has been going on for to long.
Also, it doesn't seem to be resolved.
I received a call yesterday, but the agent/person could not necessary help me.

the issue is Price Lock(DPP) related and we are doing our best to get the relevant department to address it.

I have made a payment but the services is still not connected?

Cannot login on the website to see my balance or change services....

Attached is the error I am getting.
Screen does not go away.

This is on a brand new computer.
