Default Important notice about DStv Now (sound and Catch Up issues)

We’re experiencing two problems with Catch Up on the DStv Now App at the moment:
1. Some of the titles are not playing out correctly and have been removed until they can be corrected
2. When using the DStv Now App on Android, there is a sound issue on some of the titles

Please be assured that this is receiving our urgent attention.

Tried watching Justice League and got a DRM Initialization Error. Independence Day Resurgence played fine.

Tried watching The Magnificent Seven and after about two minutes I get a Playback Error. Make sure your device is registered. This is extremely poor MC. How long are these problems going to continue? If it's not one problem it's another with DSTV Now. This App is so hit and miss at the moment it's practically unusable. And nobody responds to my complaints. It really shouldn't be taking you months to even acknowledge an issue and then even more months to solve it. Yes I do subscribe to Showmax and Netflix and neither give me any issues at all. And if they do they are solved within hours. Your service levels are shocking.
