For newbies, here's how to send him a PM (Private Message): http://forum.dstv.com/private.php?do=newpm&u=74
And to check for replies, click on "USER CP" near the top left of the forum page.

Geoff D has been very busy so it may take him quite a while to get back to you. If his mailbox is full then try again in a few days.

EDIT: But shouldn't be necessary now, Geoff's next post explains how to do it yourself.

As a general answer to this query, There quite a few apps available these days that mask the fact that a device has been rooted. Check the play store and pick one that suits you.

The Apps that was available when all this started was an App called "Hide Rooting Lite" and a second one called "Hide my Root"

At the time, the whole topic was very sensitive. But now, there are so many apps around There is no point anymore trying to not advertise the availability of many ways to get around any hang up a supplier of services has with running their apps, services and games on a rooted device.
