Default Att: MC Staff - Escalation

Hi

1. I used the live chat facility on DStv to report that I was receiving a DRM error on my smartphone.

2. Was advised to send an email with many required details to dstvnow@support.dstv.com .

3. I spent a great deal of time putting together all the required details including screenshots to make everything crystal clear.

4. The support individual replied telling me it is because I am using Android 3.10 <== which is nonsense as I am not using an old android version, which is clearly evident in the screenshot sent.

5. On 24 March I replied again, asking them to escalate my email to a staff member who understands Android.

6. I have heard nothing since.
