Default Catchup plus and downloads

Hi since this morning's maintenance reboot all my downloads are missing and I don't have access to catchup plus. When I go to download history it says I don't have download history. Please help

As far as we know that is only normally possible if you or someone else in your household turned the Explora Connected Services setting off and back on again.
If doing so there is a warning that explains that it would reset everything related, including deleting all downloads.

Further presuming this might have been done because the connection didn't seem to be working, note that MC's CU+ server sometimes goes down but usually only for a few minutes. Then best to do nothing and just try again later.
Although other internet connection issues can also cause this to appear to happen, so a router power reset is sometimes all that's needed.

Nothing you can do now except download again.

I'm going to be busy again so doubt I could reply to anything further.

Hi after the next day's maintenance reboot these downloads and. Catchup plus was back. Since then it has happened again. This is becoming frustating.

This is sounding like it could be a new bug, there's another similar thread.
Conrad, did the history info ever come back?

Again this morning all my downloads are missing and the history is also missing. I also don't have access to catchup plus. When I do the conectivity checker it shows I am connected. This is really frustrating
