Default BO likes / dislikes

We highly recommend Divergent. Described as an Action movie, it is that but more Sci Fi related.
Something about it reminds me of MC's workings for some reason

There's not been much else great on for inclusion of the adult male for quite a while now, nothing currently that would warrant jumping the broadcast queue IMO.
Unfortunately it seems that's what Hollywood is producing at the moment.

I so wanna watch Divergent tonight, that's my type of movies.

I recommend Noah, it's a real beautiful story with a thrilling twist. Doesn't matter if you're a christian or not, this is a great movie with great actors.

So far there is nothing else for me to watch on Box Office, I want more comedies.

Ja, look, we're going through the usual mid-year lull in anticipation for the movies that were in cinemas during the American Summer. July - September are never great for the movie industry.

BUT some really good movies on the lineup for the next couple of months.

Thanks Nic, that's great to know. Can't wait to see "Lucy" and "Tammy" soon on box office

Lucy absolutely!
I've heard mixed stories about Tammy.

Look out for A Million Ways to Die in the West coming in a few weeks.

3 Days to Kill
This one's unusual, extreme action mixed with a sort of light family drama and quite a bit of good humour. Not for everyone I would think but we enjoyed it.
One could almost have made it family entertainment if it weren't for the senseless (considered by some to be justified) violence.

Hope others are also going to contribute to this thread, isn't a forum supposed to be mostly about sharing?

I don't contribute here because I've never made use of the Box Office offerings. Prefer to wait till the films get shown on DStv. Even then I find there's very few that I get around to watching or even want to watch. Still haven't made use of my free Box Office movie. Don't know if this still applies.

I'm sure you're not alone BB.
The comment was aimed more at the many who hang around but seldom post and then usually just for complaints.
Not that reporting issues isn't of value, but I wish more would do a bit of give as well as take, every bit would help grow the community for everyone's benefit.
A few of us, yourself included, have made a good effort to help make this Forum interesting, but...

I'm fairly certain that the first BO movie free is still on offer.

I'm with you on this. Why pay more today to limit your "free" options later.

Rented Spidey Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. Lots and lots more action and a cool electric monster.
And a unexpected turn of events with girlfriend Gwen.
Only fail was the stupid "tin" rhino battle suit at the end (I don't get it...)
