Default Explora 1 loses ShowMax settings

Good morning

Both of my Exploras sometimes lose the login details for ShowMax. Is anyone else having this issue? It's a real pain to keep entering these details , especially without a proper keyboard.

Yes I'm having the same issue. And it's becoming really annoying especially when you have a two year old who wants to watch something and then you have to log in all over again. But this is par for the course for MC. There are endless issues but no fixes so don't hold your breath. Going by their track record this problem will be sorted some time in the next millennium.

Happened again this morning. Guess I'll get more assistance if I contact Showmax.

Nope - this would be an Explora issue so MC is the channel to follow - from the software point of view it has nothing to do with ShowMax.

Was being sarcastic Krugie. 😀 Nobody from MC has responded to either mine or the previous post.

Folks, MC Sandipa responded on this in another thread last year already, saying that this is a known issue that they are working on resolving: http://forum.dstv.com/showthread.php...log#post375135
