Unhappy Catch Up plus won't download

I am unable to download in catch up plus from the Internet
Wifi connection is ok
Connection check is ok
Catch up plus is switched on in User Preferences
I had this problem once before with a previous explora decoder, it had to be replaced due to the hard drive crashing. With that decoder I switched catch up plus off and on in user preferences and this resolved the issue. Does not work this time.
Unplugged and relugged decoder, non of these work. Do not want to reboot as will lose playlist
Any ideas?

Are you sure Downloads are not Paused under options?

Thanks for the suggestion
Pause Downloads was settled to No
Have tried switching to yes and back to No
If I check downloads all are Queued, have tried deleting all and trying again, still not working

Normally the disable of Catch up Plus under settings, reboot and try agsain
Maybe also disable Remote Recordings too
Do remote recordings work?
How are you connected, via cable or Wifi Connector?

Default Me

I Connected my explora to the internet but i dont have catch up plus and i dont have the cloud with the arrow i connected using Ethernet cable
My router connection is successful
My Internet Connection is also successful but still nothing






What should i do

Did you try the reset advice given in the earlier posts in this thread?

Angry Not fixed

I called maltichoice the did not fix my problem since last month im not connected to the internet but it says router connection is successful and internet connection is successful
