I see that the July statement now has the QR code attached (which appears to work). The one on the website doesn't.

Thanks, we just want to see if we can replicate the problem one our side using your details because on our side we have no problems at all using both the generic QR Code found on the website and the one on the statement . We will revert with feedback.

We have tried to replicate this issue on our side with the details provided and all seems to be fine. We have also contacted Simon and he will try again on his side in future and let us know if there is still a problem with the generic QR Code found on the website. On our side, we can successfully pay both the generic QR Code on the website and the one on the statement. We are also monitoring to see if there are other customers having a similar problem.
