Default Payment error

Payment of R 1236.00 was made on the 20th June 2017.
From the 26th June 2017 to the 01st July 2017 my account was suspended with error E-16.
The call centre was contacted and I was assisted by an agent called Clifford who kept me on hold for ten minutes, and advised me to contact DStv.com for assistance.
As per DStv.com payment went to main account and had to transfer manually to my residential accounts – Price lock (529 + 529 = R1058), explorer 2 (89 + 89 = R178)
On the 11th July my account was suspended again and viewing was disabled due to error E-16.
I contacted DSTV via hello peter, Dstv form, MultichoiceEnquiries under ref – 9029104, still awaiting feedback
On the 21st I paid 63.00 via securepay
On the 22nd my account was activated again after payment was debited from my account of R783
As per Abigail Ruiters I owe an amount of R963.00 and still I await a detailed feedback
I checked the app now – the following under balances
- Total amount to pay – 380.66 due now
- Main account 0.00 (balance brought forward – 63.00
- Main account 63.00 due on 20th august 2017 (balance brought forward R7.00)
- Payment plan 178.00 (amount due immediately)
- Box office 0.00
- Payment plan 202.66 amount due on 20th august 2017 (balance brought forward 88.67
There is viewing that is owed to me for the days my account was suspended (who is going to reimburse me for the days between 26th June and 01st July (6 days) and between 11th July and 22nd July (12 days) 18 days in total
Am I paying someone else’s dstv account?
who is messing my account up, all payments I made is being reversed?
is my account going to be suspended again with Error E-16
Can someone sort out whatever is going on, fix whatever is to be fixed, reimburse what is to be reimbursed. Please explain my statement to me as it does not make sense
I have been a long-time customer with DSTV to be messed around like this

Hi any feedback regarding the call I received from 0112892000 on Thursday at14:40, I could not take the call on Friday at 13:30 as I was at mosque
