Default Cancelled Dstv in May but still being debited

Can someone please help me to stop the debit order and completely close my account with Dstv. I cancelled at the end of May and was told that no debit orders will be deducted anymore. First of all they switch of the signal two days late and charge me for the extra two days as if I asked for it, then at the end of June another debit order occurred, I was refunded a few days later and again promised that no more debit orders will be deducted. Come end of July and guess what happens, another debit order. I'm getting kind of sick of the lack of competence from Dstvs side

Unfortunately, your experience is symptomatic of ALL debit order driven payments for ALL companies in South Africa these days.

It is why I flatly refuse to enter into ANY sort of DO payment arrangement with ANYBODY anymore. The entire idea behind a DO payment system has been compromised to point that it has no credibility at all anymore. The banks and the company's running these systems just cannot meet their obligations when it comes to termination.
