Yep, these sorts of things happen so often I barely notice them any more, just seems like business as usual. Was scanning ahead on the EPG yesterday and noticed that on MNET Movies Action (106HD) at 1.15am this morning they had The Ring (2015) and then at 03:13am, The Ring Two (2005). The Ring is actually from 2002, for a moment I wondered if they had done a remake of the first one that still starred Naomi Watts per the description. Just looked back now in the EPG and it's still saying 2015.

Not just the MNET channels, much as I enjoy the Sundance channel their EPG entries are incredibly sloppy, look at this one!

These descriptions may not seem important, but it made us ignore this remake.

But something didn't click, we thought; "Why on Earth would something like this ever be animated??"
So looked at the beginning of the CU+ version...
No animation anywhere in this movie.

Yip thought so too. However I did enjoy this version a bit more than the original

BTW, did anyone notice the tile... * this problem is still going on, and in a number of places.

( * - see alphabetical order, The)

@Ryan - Can't see your pic. It may be better to download a copy of the pic and upload it for this forum, some detail of methods we've learnt is here:
How to attach a picture to your post

----------------------------------------

Apologies for my error in the thread title - a missing question mark
(But at least I spotted it, would correct it if I could.)

Ok, not sure why cubeupload isn't working for you, usually fine on all forums for me, but here's an uploaded version of the pic above:

Ta.
This forum is still using rather old software. A new version was under development with some great enhancements, but nobody is communicating with those of us who were somewhat involved so we have no clue if it's no longer happening or is just very delayed.

----------------------------------------

@JP - I wasn't in the mood to watch that, but apparently it was considered a bit better here as well.

----------------------------------------

I hope others will contribute to this thread, and hope MC & co. appreciate the efforts enough.

Thanks, usually use Imgur which also worked fine when I used it for my lengthly "Terminator 2 cropping" moan, just find cubeupload very convenient sometimes as one doesn't even have to log in.

Anyway, lesson learned (and I'll stop derailing your thread now Optimist )
