Have just heard from the teams, alas does not look like we'll be able to give you reliable schedules for Catch Up for Jan. They have committed to schedules for Feb though.

Ok. Can you confirm the following: when do the extras we were getting during the holiday end, e.g. Law & Order Criminal Intent?

I think a point of clarity - as a Premium Explora customer, you did not get extras - you got what was always going to be on your schedule. The customers who got extras were HD PVR 2P customers whose Catch Up content was practically empty.

Having said that, you still have 6 episodes of Law and Order: Crimial Intent to go.

Law and Order: Crimial Intent was not loaded on CU from ep 1, it only started appearing mid December, so this was extra. As per your own post

@Mad Cat - my post was specific to a specific type of decoder, as per my response to you today. So was not intended for Premium Explora - sorry if this was not clear.

Good news is that there are 6 episodes left which you will get on Catch Up.
