Lost mine for the first time this morning.

Here's another probably related clue;
All my involved series had their individual thumbnail posters showing before the list disappeared. I "watched" an episode of Elementary from ch. 115 again to get the list started again, and its folder's thumbnail was reset to the default M-Net logo.
It's now about an hour later, the individual thumbnail poster has returned.

Won't be adding anything more.

Mine is also gone again today - again only on one of my 2 Exploras. And I am again logged out of ShowMax on the same Explora. Is there a link?

There other Explora - where "TV Shows You Are Currently Watching" remained intact - is not currently linked to the Internet or ShowMax.

Interesting...

I chose to log out of ShowMax a couple of days ago so can't discuss that (not planning to log back into it either )

As your other Explora 1 isn't physically connected at the moment, it could mean that some CU+ related data is affecting the performance.

Hi Krugie

No there's no link between the two. If you saying this is not the first time you've been logged out of Showmax, I'll have to ask our business desk team to look into it. It might be a Showmax back-end system issue, but let's check with the team first and take it from there.

PM me the decoder smartcard number so I can forward to the team.

I will send this tomorrow when I am back home but this is nothing new - every single person I knows of using ShowMax experiences this on a regular basis. It happens at least every 2 or 3 weeks.

Hi Krugie.

Noted, I'll wait for your PM and advise the team.
