Default Change of ownership

I have got a small issue concerning change of ownership.

My dad passed away last year and the decoders must be transferred to my name. Sanlam is handling the estate, I filled in the Change of ownership form and Sanlam sent it to Multichoice with the required documentation.

Last week Thursday, Sanlam forwarded the email from Multichoice stating the change of ownership has been done and that I must phone 011 289 2222 and activate the decoder, which I did but then I was told that the transfer has not been done. After questioning them why there is an email stating that it is done, they said that they will send an email to the department handling the transfer and they will contact me with feedback. I haven't received anything yet, so I phoned again this morning and was told that the reason it has not been transferred is because there is still credit that needs to be used before the transfer will be done. I then asked why is there an email from Multichoice stating that it is done and was told again that they will send an email and that I will be contacted. I am not too confident that it will happen.

Could someone please asssist me?

Who are they expecting is going to be able to use the credit...

Send a PM to MC Solomon with your customer and contact numbers, he or a colleague helped me with a transfer involving an estate before so they know what they're doing.
If his PM's are full again, send it to MC Kenneth.

The account is still active. I've been paying it every month as we have been using the decoders. It also seems as if the communication between departments are not that great, the one says it is done and the other says there is outstanding documentation.
