Default Premium special

We received an email stating that it is possible to upgrade to Premium for R599 until end of March 2018. When I follow the link in the email it takes me to the "Change My Package Self service" but there is no option there for this special. The only premium option is for R789. We are currently on DSTV Compact Plus. I have read the terms and conditions and we do qualify.

How do I change to this premium package without speaking to a consultant ?

This campaign is for selected customers and if you have received the communication such as e-mail with the link, it means you are one of the selected customers.
All you need to do is to continue with the upgrade and the quote that will be generated will be the R599 and not the full price.
If you are one of the selected customers and you get charged more the normal DStv Premium Price, please inform DStv immediately.
Lastly, normal DStv billing rules will apply. For example, a pro-rated amount if you upgrade before the end of you cycle together with forward billing.

Targeted customers are those on Compact Plus Package with a DStv Explora
