Default TV Guide Blank

This morning the TV Guide shows "No information available" and the I-plate only shows 2 lines. Is this a general problem, or only me?
Decoder: HD Model 4s, a/c 07071302.

Hi there. So this means your decoder is not getting info from itself. Let me explain / the first two lines of the EPG comes in with live TV. All other lines and your TV guide are stored in the memory of your decoder.

What happens when you reboot the decoder?

Looks like a general problem, Marietjie.

On my Explora 1 we're missing day 8. It took much longer than normal for the last few days before it to populate after the maintenance reboot, which finished about half an hour ago now.

No change after reboot. (Unplugged LNB, power, removed smartcard, waited +- 3 mins, plugged in LNB, added power, insert card, waited - no change).

It will be a problem affecting all or many subscribers, we've seen it before. All you can do is put everything back as you had it and wait for a fix, and perhaps some feedback.

Ok so have double checked with the teams - definitely not a global issue. Good way to check if it is an LNB issue is to check if you Catch Up and BoxOffice are updating.

@Optimist - we have a regular system maintenance reboot every Tuesday between 5 and 6. This system is the one that drives your TV Guide. You should not usually see anything as this happens quickly in the background but seems today it was a bit slow to come on. It wouldíve only slowed it down on your side.
