Default Thinus on Express from the US

Thinus shared his views on Express from the US yesterday, including issues such as Dr Who, prime time shows being broadcast at 16H45, falling way behind the US on certain shows etc as well as some responses from M-Net.

I do have to take issue with one of the things he's said.

Quote:
M-Net is also causing havoc with several superhero series that again not only switched between M-Net channels with some from VUZU now on M-Net, but is also spanning a big new 4-episode arc cross-over story across 4 different American series for the 2017 season - something that M-Net won't be showing in the correct chronological order to viewers.
I think he's got that wrong, as the crossover happens on Episode 8 of each of Supergirl, Arrow, The Flash, and Legends of Tomorrow, all of which will be broadcast in the same week here. In fact, in the US they switched the order of the series around for that week - Arrow is usually broadcast the day after Flash and Legends of Tomorrow, but is the second part of the crossover, and M-Net appear to have taken that into account by scheduling Arrow as the second DC show of the week. So while there may be other issues with the way they've scheduled those shows, the crossover doesn't seem to be one of them.

I think Mnet has done a good job compensating for the production breaks with the 22 episode seasons, being 2 months behind is not fun though with spoilers galore on the net. I still think they could be a bit more aggressive with the 10 and 12 episode seasons but being 2 weeks behind is not the end of the world , glad to see 'Billions' being express.
