Various Reversal, Access Fee and Subscription on my statement
As per thread title, I have an issue with the statement send to me.
I have communicated various times with your support team via Twitter but I have not received a decent reply.
On my statement, there is numerous Reversals, Access Fees and Subscriptions.
I was incorrectly debited twice since Jan 2017. I have reversed the debit orders and would like to pay you the amount outstanding.
Basically what happened is this:
13 Dec 2016 - Confirmation my contract is paid up:
"The contract is fully paid up. The last payment of R736.63 went off on 01/12/2016. ~MTM"
3 Jan 2017 - Ask to be downgraded to DStv Compact
"We've successfully downgraded your account to DStv Compact on smartcard number xxxxxx. ~KDP"
