Exclamation HDPVR CatchUp naming!

What is going on this week, is the naming policy changing every few hours?

We have:
M-Net (as normal)
M-net
Mnet
M-Net (with 2 spaces)

Is not possible to follow simple format?

Another reminder for the mods who log on & conveniently ignore certain threads

I seem to recall us asking for lots of things to be done in a simple and logical format. Years down the line, not much has changed.

Tags, grammar, layout, format, etc. etc. etc.

Unfortunately, MC don't seem to realise that this is the "face of the product" so to speak and a reflection of the company that most users see on a day to day basis.

@Simon - we are very much aware that we need to get it right and that everything you see is a representation of the company. Happy to accept criticism if it is constructive.

@MervG - they did see your first post and I have seen messaging today reminding all who load On Demand content of correct and consistent formatting. Titles already loaded will not be fixed but all new titles loaded as from today will have the correct labelling.

Hi,
Thank you for highlighting this.

We are aware of the different naming conventions appearing on screen and updated workflows have been put in place to ensure that only the standardized format is used going forward. These changes will start appearing on screen from next week onward.

Kind regards,
The DStv On Demand CatchUp Team

Thanks, but I (and Merv for that matter) have given lots of constructive criticism over the years, largely ignored.

Here are a couple that spring to mind regarding formatting and tags.

Well, as you can see from MC Paddy-Lee's post, your feedback was not ignored this time.

The threads you refer fall under EPG and have nothing to do with the On Demand tags, which is what this thread is about. I will nudge the EPG manager to at least respond in terms of the EPG tags.

Thanks Marietjie & Paddy-Lee

The issue for me is that we don't get a "we are looking into it", instead we get no reply at all until the 5th follow up a week later which obviously gives the impression that we are being ignored
