Hi Franco,

It's definitely in the pipeline (we have a team working on the app) but there's no set date for the release yet.

Sorry I can't be more specific yet.

MC Nic.

I hear you. The problem is that Android is a lot more difficult to develop apps for than iOS, based purely on how fragmented it is across multiple devices. There are so many versions out there, and each behaves differently.

I've used the Alpha versions we have circulating around the office. It's definitely working, but needs some smoothing out.

My best guess (but don't hold me to it) is you can expect something in the first half of this year. Insh'Allah.

I don't see why not. It runs great on the 10" iPad.

I hear you, only sticking with products that are really working for me no need to buy a brand cause it sounds more premium ... pardon the pun

Sorry but this is FUD spread by Apple. Why are people not complaining about Fragmentation in Windows where there are many more versions of Windows including multiple service packs. And there are also most no two windows machines that are the same.

Google has moved all its APIs into Google Play Services so code to the APIs and it will work from Android 2.3 and above. Yes there are some special features that will only work on the latest versions of Android but these are not features that would be required for this type of app. (It would be like saying you need the fingerprint scanner in the latest iPhone for the app)

For a very short period IOS did not have fragmentation but event it has fragmentation now. Developers have had to deal with fragmentation single the advent of the IBM PC.

Yes programming in any language/OS is difficult and that is why software development is costly and difficult (this is why a never get involved in threads on this forum about why are there bugs in the Decoder firmware) but the "Android is so much more difficult" is pure FUD.
