Default No Channels Available - Walka 7

Hi, it has been now almost 3 weeks that my Walka 7 is giving me the following message "Channel Scan - No channels available". The only answer the call centre agents give me it to have the Walka tested, well that was done on Friday, still giving the same issue at home. There is signal where I stay, I have been using the Walka for the last year and a half without any issues, unless DSTV Mobile moved the signal coverage area, I should still be covered. Can please someone sort out this issue, without telling me that I have to take the Walka in to a Service Centre to be tested or that I must do a reset or channel scan on the Walka. I have paid for 2 months without any service that is money wasted and then I am not talking about all the airtime and time wasted on phoning the call centres..

The funny thing is that it is not only my Walka that is giving me this issues, there are other Walka's in Brits with the same issues, yet there is no problem with signal in Brits. Ridiculous.

Please sort this issue out ASAP.
