Thumbs down Sony Entertainment Channel - Picture very very bad

I have noticed for a couple of weeks now how consistently bad the picture is on Sony (I only ever watch the amazing race) - it is almost as if it is blurry compared to the other channels?? Please can we have it sorted out

I've also noticed this, for many months. I think others have reported it before as well.
And it's not just on that program.
For some reason it seems quite a bit worse on the SD PVRs than on other decoders.

That is definitely not good. Have escalated to the technical guys to investigate.

It was reported here a few weeks back.

Looks out of focus on a HDMI cable, but the a SDPVR on a compsoite cable is just diabolically bad.

I also only watch Amazing Race on SET (or rather, recording of...) and yes, definitely, the picture is always sort of out of focus, like a very, very old VHS tape.

Understand completely ... just thought there would be an exception to links anything originating from a DStv site.

Any word from the techies on why Sony looks like it is coming in at 240 line resolution?
