We purposefully moved Genius as customers are struggling to find it, and it is really a series. So this is intentional.

Good to hear, I've also thought is wasn't appropriately placed.

May I suggest that all episodes be moved over, with just a notice about the change left in Other Shows.

On second thoughts, I think that could ruin what's already been pushed via VOD streams?
So maybe a notice in each section to help all to understand the change.

I notice that there's never any response from MC when it's pointed out to them that it's unacceptable that they rely on their paying customers to alert them to Quality Control issues. And that surely by now they should have a dedicated person/team to do quality checks before anything is broadcast or uploaded. And if there is a dedicated person or team doing this then they're really not doing a very good job are they?

That said by us, it does make more sense for us to report issues when they're more scarce. It's a two way street MC.

I can only repeat this. Luckily I'm a bit behind on my catching-up, so by the time I get to my favourites the errors have been corrected

Hi Optimist

I'll forward your suggestion to the relevant teams.

Thank you.

Hi Grace, perhaps my afterthought will make more sense;

However, to many of us either "idea" seems obvious and is an expected automatic action, or something like it.
Perhaps what's needed is for those responsible to always keep in mind how the customer may react to any and all changes.

Thanks for the help.

Just added to the Other Shows section on CU+ is the doccie series Explorer from 181 NatGeo (have a look at the thumbnail picture to confirm the title).
The listing calls it Explora S02E01.
Made me think that a series of Explora usage tutorials was being offered, and wonder how I had missed the first season of it...

This kind of unchecked carelessness is often rife on CU / CU+. It leads to stray location of episodes and other issues, and I suspect points to a general lack of care which could be the cause of many of the services' problems.
Also keep an eye out for the typos and bad English / grammar in some synopsis descriptions.

Thanks.

Hi Optimist

Apologies about that.

I have brought this to our CU team, and they are looking into it.

Your concerns/issues have been noted and escalated to the relevant departments.

I will post feedback once received.
