Thanks, that at least clears up the confusion.

@MC decision makers - I can understand the caution but the call centre needs to move forward as well as it's become widely known that this method works.
Certainly, those who do use the method have to be able to get the support, as this thread shows.

@k9jhb - back to you to answer MC FS' question, looked to me like you never got it working on either?
