Thumbs down General lack of customer service elsewhere

Not sure if these issues relate to this section, but as good a place to put it as anywhere else, maybe better... (?)

Some things are just not improving, for those who care enough it's impossible to take a break from here

Some examples;

1. No attention to EPG issues on the weekends, does M-Net and MC not provide a 24/7/365 service??? These issues are messing up people's SBR's and causing havoc!
101 John Oliver - wrong episode number now in EPG (post #4 sums it up)

2. Explora EPG - problem with day 8
Happened again today, being the weekend it still isn't fixed...

3. Sci fi alert - potentially great new series starts tonight on 117
Initial post and post #12 on page 2 details how TWICE this month there have been new popular sci fi series starting on major channels which we haven't been alerted to, despite having a series calendar etc...

4. We have to keep on asking what will be scheduled on Catch Up due to the original CU calendar having been removed. There have been long in the tooth plans to re-establish it in a new form, still nothing after many months...
There are many related threads on the subject, it makes viewers' planning far more difficult.

5. It's difficult to find some things on dstv.com , for instance the list of what channels each package offers. Surely it's worth sitting down some users and studying how well they can find what they're asked to look for, and if it meets their requirements.

I could probably go on quite a bit more, but that said there have been many improvements made in the last few months as well.

Since fixed, thanks to whoever is paying attention.

Sunday edit: Same problem, still not fixed today by 10:18.
Edit 2: Now fixed.

My partial mistake, item 2 was at least in the highlights thread.

Sunday edit: Have since seen that there's now a large "Compare all packages" link.
