Default White line on channel 103 and 104 (all other channels are fine)

Need help please. After extra view was installed, there is a white line on the tv screen on channel 103 and 104, but all the other channels are fine. Does anyone know what the problem is? Thank you. Ricardo

This normally appears a string of white dots on the edge of the picture. It is a data stream.

It cannot be removed nor is it possible for anything to be done about it. There are numerous posts dealing with the matter on the forum.
