Default Reboots

And here we go again. Explora reboots exactly same time as it did yesterday .... This is such a coincidence........however, it's an awful polite decoder since it actually give you a warning before it reboots. How lucky am I ??????!!!!!!!

Funny, I had a reboot yesterday too in the afternoon about 2.30pm. Switched on and the remote would not work. eventually I could see that it was about to reboot. Also when it came back I had the PG Locked popup.

Have not had this happen in a while.

Thanks Elizabeth , I was wondering if you had experience of this before but was unable to pm you. I just had one now at 2.35 . Did you also get that message 'oops we have encountered and error' before the reboot?

I did not get the message that it was going to restart but prior to the restart my remote would not work then the decoder just shut off and started to reboot. When it came back I got the PG Blocked notice. I do know the Reboot message that you are talking about as I had it on one or two occasions when we first installed the Explora last year.

I have not had another reboot since Friday.

Just one thing is your software up to date. Loader Status should be 3.4.
