Default A5 Remote Issue

Some advice please?

A5 remote control for Explora1 is not functioning properly. Strangely (or coincidentally?) it started after a power failure.
The "i" button and "back" button is working, as well as P+ and P- and Volume Control. The "Help" button at the bottom is also okay. PAUSE and REW okay.

The top part of the remote with blue DSTV Menu button, Playlist,BoxOffice, Catchup, etc NOT responding. All the arrows in the "dial" (Grid, Bookmark, etc) NOT responding.

Remote is set to mode 1 with blue light flickering under "i" and decoder under system settings is set to mode 1 Respond (active), mode 2 and mode 3 Ignore.

Checked all possibilities like changing batteries and opening up and cleaning. Nothing.

Is it faulty/damaged?
Can one buy an A5 at stores?

Please HELP?

UEC4t (idle)
Walka 7....and other stuff
