Default DSTV Expora setup

Can someone please provide me details of the following:

Property
2 houses with 1 dish. current dish has a dual LNB.
There is a single control room for both homes.
From the dish/LNB a dual feed runs to the control room. We have installed a dstv board in the control room, this board contains a 2in 12out active spaun Multiswitch which feed 2x HD2P in one home and 2x HD2P to the other home.
The client in Home A wants to upgrade both HD2P to Explora's. The Explora we purchased does not have the Explora LNB switch within its box content.
How do I resolve this?

As mentioned we only have two cables from the dish to the control room, I cannot run more cables from the dish to the Control room.
Do I need to find 2 Explora LNB switches?
Do I need to change the LNB to a smart LNB, if yes how do i set this up without interfering with the other home setup?
I need the best possible setup without costing the client more money!!
Please can someone help me out on this.
