I just want to know if anybody know what happened to the action drama Seal Team on channel 101? Only 9 episodes was aired. Blue bloods now in its time slot.

That is correct - it is a BROADCAST break enforced by M-Net - not a production break. The US has already aired 11 episodes and episode 12 is airing on Wednesday.

This seems to be somewhat of a new tendency now and then despite us being told we have to wait longer for certain series because of all their production breaks. Now breaks are inserted where they are not required or planned. We have seen this on a couple of other series already as well.

An example of that us the Good Doctor where the last two episodes prior to the production break was not aired but were kept back to be aired at its return after the production break.
Ironically it was replaced by Trust me which went on a break after 2 episodes.

To be honest, the scheduling is in a free fall. Prime shows are being burned off at 16H45 and a big fuss was made about The Jame Corden Show being so good they have to show it to us early - only for it to be moved to midnight.

Great News season 1 was replaced by Great News season 2 - which then went on a break after 6 episodes, to be replaced by Me, Myself & I which was by that stage already cancelled after 6 episodes airing. But season 9 of a highly popular comedy like Modern Family is postponed to August - almost a year after the US and just before season 10 starts there.

We also have to wait almost a year for American Horror Story but we get shows like Ten Days In The Valley - which received some of the lowest ratings for a TV show ever - almost Express. Well - that was until it got pulled off US screens...

We randomly get double episodes of certain series to fill unplanned gaps and on Saturdays we get popular comedies that premier from 16h00 to 18h00 and then have to make do with reality programs that belong on another channel for 2 hours from 18h00. And Mr Robot gets pushed to ShowMax.

And that's just M-Net - don't get me started on the "Pointless" BBC. And Vuzu Amp is the next casualty to follow after Animal Planet was removed with some new series not being completed.

My series recordings - which translates to value for money - are at an all time low - the first time ever below 20 from a high of 48 series during the days of M-Net Egde.

Sorry - I got distracted from the topic...
