Found this interesting comparison table on a Wiki article about Air Crash Investigation episodes from NatGeo, which shows some different countries' varying structures with the seasons and episodes involved, and even with what the episodes are named.
Even the series name is different for instance in the States, and yet again in Canada where they call it "Mayday". In fact, that's the real (original) name, we've got it "wrong"
