Default Signal interruptions

1. Last night we lost authentication or a few seconds of signal at around 20:25 during our Explora 1 (version 7 smartcard) recording of The Hangover on ch. 138. Playback shows a mark on the status bar and reports a recording error at that time.
Not related to any local winds or installation concerns, and seen a few times in the last few weeks on a number of channels. While this is not regular time wise it is becoming regular in occurrence.

2. Quite regularly a partial pixelation breakup of signal is seen on ch. 108, though it doesn't interrupt the viewing. Possibly happens about every half to one hour.
My signal values for the HD channel are fine and steady on 83/100.

Can anyone else confirm or shed more light on this?

So did I while recording a program on kykNET (on two different Explora 1s) between 20H00 & 20H30. I thought it was just an issue my side but clearly not.

The exclamation mark really has very little value if there is not somewhere to look and see what the issue is or was. On a few occasions I also have an exclamation mark on the front panel in the morning even though everything appears to be working. A reboot then got rid of it.

Not something I've seen, even after early morning recordings. Maybe check if the smartcards are ver. 6 or 7. Have you seen this JP?
One thing that can cause it is visiting some of the test channels even though not accessible, can also make an envelope appear.

@Krugie, getting a bit off topic now but maybe it IS related - when is your maintenance reboots, if after you check then that may be why I've never seen this as mine is usually too early.

I only recall this 3 times and only once was it on my personal Explora so you could be right in that there are other other factors to take into account.

Generally at the standard time (04H15) but I do sometimes change it to later or earlier.

Ok, mine is normally 06:32 so it's possible there's sometimes something going on between your regular time and mine. Will be interesting to see if anyone adds to this factor of the thread.

I have had this issue on occasion. But seeing that it doesn't happen very often I don't pay much attention to it.

My maintenance time is 05:00
