Default CU+ history not working

Setup Explora1 Explora2 Dstv wifi connector
Connected to internet and downloaded item on Explora2
Cant get into download history in Explora2 without connectivity checker trying to connect: Catchup/alt/ok/router √ internet x and then just stays there.
On Explora1 Catchup/alt/downloads queud history
On Sunday it was working fine. Why not now anymore?

Morning Bertvanz,

from what we can see from your message, there is no internet connection. You'll see that under "Catchup/alt/ok/router √ internet x". Please check the internet connection to the decoder.

You actually asked why CU+ history wasn't working, which Pamela responded to

I've also found in the past that internet connectivity will be 'lost', not showing any CU+ series, etc. Normally a reboot sorted that out. I assume you did check that your actual internet connection was working

Basically, the only other thing that can be said is that if your connection loss wasn't on your side then it was the service down temporarily, which can happen anywhere and quite often does but usually just for short periods.

ok I will try again. I have an Internet connection. It is NOT working with DSTV
HOWEVER: I can see the download history on the one decoder but not on the other one.
Previously I could see the download history on BOTH decoders WITHOUT internet connection. The issue is not the internet connection.
From the responses it appears that you can't see the history without being online?

No, we just presumed it was related to what sounded like an odder loss of connectivity.

There's a bug which quite a few have reported that resets the history and deletes downloads. MC believe they have a fix which is in final testing.
Doesn't affect all decoders and seems to have some variations so possibly that - mostly keep an eye on developments in the PVR Decoders forum section for this.

@bertvanz - our tech team tried to replicate the issue and can always access the download history screen, with or without internet connection.

Can you confirm/send us the problematic decoder's Loader screen - under General Information > Loader Status to help further.
