Question Hdmi signal distribution around house

Any high-tech geeks / installers out there?

How do I distribute the HDMI signal around the house to TVs which are not located adjacent to the decoder? Can it be done using some form of HDMI > Ethernet > HDMI conversion and then use the house network?

If so, will this affect the picture quality at all?

Thanks
Mark

Refer to your DSTV guide. There is an advertised solution for HDMI distribution up to 100m

Which DSTV Guide? Have looked in the Dec 2010 Dish magazine (SA edition) and can see squat about HDMI cabling solutions.
