The sad thing is that the OP also reported exactly the same thing via the CU call centre and yes, it was supposed to be escalated. Maybe it was, maybe it wasn't, but nothing has happened for 8 days.It would've taken anyone there less than a minute to verify her complaint. Maybe *your* escalation has more success...

Somewhat or already fully sorted out - my Explora CU+ copy was expired and I see the SD & HD download options are now about twice the size.
