My signal strength is also between 74-76% on my Explora.
My problem is that since a month ago I have no Catch Up Plus titels.
My internet connection is perfect.
I had no problem before.
I took my Explora in and according the person who assisted me there was nothing wrong with the decoder. According to him the strength must be higher than 90% so he suggested I get a installer to make sure my installation is correct.
I called a service provider on the Dstv panel. He was not very helpful
He said theres nothing wrong with the percentage of my strenghth!
I ph'd another installer. he did not even wanted to come out to my house. He just recommended I re-boot the decoder..which I obviously did numerous times already! If that does not work I must format and reset the decorder. If that did not work then only he will come have a look!
My problem with reset and formatting is then I loose all my recorded programs on the hard drive. (Is there any way to transfer the recordeings?)
What am I to do...because I am missing out on a lot without Catch Up Plus!!!
