My account appears to still be in arrears even after I made a payment 2 weeks ago. An attempt to contact your "contact" centre proved futile. First, I had to speak to that oh so very
annoying IVR system (can I just push a button instead?). After it finally understood what I said, I waited for 62 minutes! And still no one took my call!
Even the SARS call centre puts yours to shame.
I don't know (nor do I care to know) what's going on at MultiChoice. I would just like someone to clear my account. If you can do it without talking to me, that would be great. Just send me an email when it's done. Thanks.
